Antamedia Medical Billing software is the complete solution for efficient, reliable and modern managing of your clinic, hospital or medical practice. It's all-in-one software with appointment scheduling, electronic patient records, managed care control, billing and profit control, management expenses, detailed reports, statistical information, and database of provided examinations and services. Medical software is suitable for all types and sizes of medical care institutions allowing easy operation in one or more offices located in different city areas.

Options available in Medical software main panel are:
. 'Appointments' - Appointment scheduling option shows scheduled, finished and ongoing appointments allowing you clear visual representation of examination rooms current occupancy
. 'Bills' - Shows all the bills and services on customer account
. 'Patients' - Electronic medical records of your patients
. 'Statistics' - Provides statistical information and offers option to manage accounts for doctors, associates, technicians
. 'Setup' - Various software setup options
. 'Logoff' - Options logs out current user and locks the software
To create Associate accounts go to the Statistics - Associate tab. As a first step, please specify associate type (Consultant or Company).
Consultants
To create new account, please type:
'First and last name' and 'Associate type'. Default categories are: employee, consultant and associate (new categories can be added from Setup - Categories page). Use of the fields 'Profession', 'Company', 'Cooperation type', 'Address', 'City', 'Phone', 'E-mail' and 'Comment' is optional. From the same panel it is possible to add associate picture and CV.
Press on "Save" button.

Companies
To create new company account, please specify 'Company' name. Use of the fields 'Activity', 'Cooperation type', 'Registry number, 'TAX ID', 'Address', 'ZIP', 'City', 'Country', 'Phone/fax', 'E-mail' and 'Web site' is optional.
Beside company account information there is possibility to store contact person details.
Press on "Save" button to keep changes on existing or to save new generated account.
To delete already existing account, select it in the table and press '- Delete' button.
Integrated 'Search' function gives you ability to easy find any associate from the database. Search can be performed by entering associate name, cooperation type, company, address etc.

Define medical services and their prices on the Statistics - Services page.
Medical services can be sorted by categories. It is required to define the name of medical service, price, duration and expenses. Each medical service may have one or more service fees. This is suitable when you use third party laboratories for specific examination where each of laboratories have different cost for service you use .

All offered medical services and their prices can be printed using 'Prices list' button located in the Statistics - Services page. Before pricing list printing choose category list that should be printed.
Statistics overview is available from the Statistics - Statistics page.
Statistic contain following informations: date of provided medical service, patient name, medical service price and expenses. Register of all provided medical services can be assorted per time period (Today, Yesterday, This Week .).
| Electronic patient folders |

Electronic Patient Records helps storing all patient data (name, address, phone...), performed examinations (reports, pictures...) in electronic form which can be easily searched, edited and archived.
To create new Electronic Medical Record define patients 'First and last name'. Other personal patient informations (like: 'Folder No.', 'Gender', 'Birtday', 'Years', 'ID number','EMR No.', 'Adress', 'City', 'Phone', 'E-mail', 'Observation', 'Drugs alergy' and 'Personal anamnesis') are optional and not required to create new patient folder.
Beside personal patient informations, patient folder contains additional informations
like: 'Employment', 'Comment', 'Referred by' and 'Contact customer by'. Use of additional patient informations is optional.
Patient informations in the electronic folder later can be modified. To change or add new info, select desired patient in the register, modify required informations and press 'Save' button to keep changes.

Preview of all patient Electronic Medical Records is available from the Patients - Patient folders page. By selecting of patient medical folder, in the right side of the screen will be listed all examinations provided to the patient in Your medical institution.
To print desired medical report find it in the list of medical examinations and press 'Print report' button. In print preview window will be shown full medical examination report ready for printing.
Intergrated search module will help you to easily find any patient medical folder. Search can be performed on various criteria including any patient data (name, even part of the name, patient address, phone number etc), doctor name, date, etc.

Cabinets Scheduling
Appoinment scheduler is available in two different forms:
1. Scheduler view (provided by default)
2. Table view (appointments sorted by the time)
. New Appointment
In the scheduler view select cabinet and time period when examination should be provided. Press '+ New' button. In the new window select whether appointment is scheduled for new or old patient. Selecting 'New patient', new medical record will be created for new patient. It is required to select the associate which will provide medical examination.

Scheduled view provide different color for each appointment depending of the status:
. 'Scheduled' examination is represented with yellow color.
. 'Waiting' status is represented with the orange color. It`s used when the patient is present in the waiting room at the apointed time. Find scheduled appointment in table and select 'Waiting' from the right click menu. After status change to 'Waiting', all appointment informations will be available on the doctor computer in the waiting list.
. 'Ongoing' is represented with the red color in the scheduler. Color will be changed to red when doctor open patients medical folder.
. 'Finished' status is represented with green color. Status will change to finished when doctor save medical report.
To change or delete appointment, find it in the scheduler and press 'Change' or 'Delete' button.

Table view shows all scheduled appointments sorted by the time. Beside time of the scheduled apointment are available following informations: number of the cabinet, folder number, patients first and the last name and the profession.

Laboratory Appointments
Beside appointments scheduling for the cabinets, Medical software have separated laboratory appointment scheduler. Press '+ New' button to appoint new laboratory examination. In the new window select whether you scheduling laboratory appointment for new or old patient. Selecting 'New patient', new medical record will be created for new patient. It is required to select the associate which will provide medical examination.

After status change of the 'Scheduled' examination to 'Waiting', all appointment informations will be available on the doctor computer in the waiting list.

After login to the Medical software doctor will see all scheduled appointments. Double click on the appointment will open 'New reports' window where doctor writes medical report including: diagnoses, required analyzes, theraphy etc. Doctor is able to create templates which can be used later for next examinations reports.
Using 'Archive Report' option, doctor have preview of all previous patient examination reports.

| How to import picture to medical report ? |

Per needs doctor is able to add picture to the medical report. Picture can be imported from the computer or some external device.
Press on 'Add Pictures' button will open new window. Preview of all imported pictures is available on the left side of the screen. New pictures can be imported from the right side of the screen.
If the picture that requires to be imported in the medical report, is located on the computer select option 'Pictures from the Hard Disk'. In new window select picture from the computer and import it. Picture must be saved in .jpg format.
To import picture from the ultra-sound, colposcope or some other medical device select option 'Pictures from external device'. Press on 'On/Off' button gets real time picture from connected device. To add picture into the medical report press 'Save' button.
After finished examination, bill for provided medical services requires to be charged. New bills can be charged from the Bills - New bills tab.
Full list of the patients medical folders with not charged bills is shown on the left side of the screen. After selecting of desired patient medical folder, in the right side will be listed all provided medical services to the patient. Select medical services You want to charge and press 'Charge' button.

All bills with even one charged medical service are available from the Bills - Old bills tab.
Select the bill and press 'Charge' button to see all payments. If there is some uncharged medical service on the bill, now can be charged.

Reminder is useful for leaving notices to employees, specific person or as a general information to all staff in your institution.
To view or add new message to the electronical reminder go to Appointments - Reminder page.
In the drop-down menu named 'Display in reminder' select whether You like to see all or only actual messages.

To create new message press '+ New' button. In new window specify:
. 'Date' when message will be shown.
. How many 'Days' before You want to be notified.
. Select 'For all', 'Only for me' or 'Only for associete' to specify to whom message is adressed.
. 'Theme' - message headline
. 'Description' - message text
Press 'Save' button to store the message to the reminder

| Employee accounts user rights |

Medical software account user rights and the login passwords can be configured from the Setup - Settings tab. Depending of the user account rights, software will provide different available options.
* Before configuring of the user account rights please create account on the Statistic - Associates - Consultansts page.
1. Choose the user account in the list.
2. Enter new password
3. In the 'User rights' drop-down menu select one of the available types (Administrator, Doctor, Consultant, Director, Administrator + Doctor, Technician)
4. Press 'Save' button to keep settings

The look of the appointments scheduler view can modified per Your needs from the Setup - Settings tab.
. Scheduler settings time interval (5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes)
. Time range based on your working hours (Start / End field)
. Available 'Number of cabinets' in the scheduler
Antamedia Medical software is able to display medical services price in two currencies. For example, the price of the medical service can be shown in USD and EUR at the same time. Currency symbols can be configured from the Setup - Settings tab.
If Antamedia Medical software is used on the single computer or in the network select 'Local' or 'Server' option at the Setup - Settings tab.
Select option 'Local' in the case that Antamedia Medical software is used only on one computer.
If Antamedia Medical software is used on more than one computer in the network select option 'Server' and specify IP adress of the computer where is database server installed.
Antamedia Database server is additional software included in the Medical software installer. Database server enables networking and data exchange between computers in the network. Database server should be installed only on one (main) computer in the network.
Options available in the drop-down menus from the 'Patients - Announce Types', 'Patients - Refferal', 'Associate and Type' and 'Service - Categories' can be defined from the Setup - Additional Settings tab. Define option name in the blank field and press 'Save' button. To remove already configured name, select it in the list and press '-' button.

Medical billing software can be translated to any world language using integrated language translator. It also offers customization of medical terms depending on country of deployment.
1. Language editor is located in the Setup - Language tab
2. Choose sentence (word) in the list and it will appear in Edit field below
3. Type new translation in Edit field
4. Press Enter key and new line will be stored in memory
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for all sentences you want to translate
6. When you finish, press 'Save as' button
7. Type the new name of the translation file and press 'Save' button
