How to install Internet Cafe Server software ?
Internet cafe software comes with multi installer. You will decide during installation whether you will install Internet cafe server or Internet cafe client.
1.Start Internet cafe software installer
2.Accept licence agreements and press Next button.
3.Choose install path. Default install path is C:\Antamedia\Caffe\
4.Use Install button to install Internet cafe server software.

How to install Internet Cafe Client software ?
Internet Cafe software is multi installer. You will decide during Installation weather you will Install Internet Cafe Server or Internet Cafe Client.
1.Start Internet Cafe software installer.
2.Accept licence agreements and press Next button.
3.Choose Cafe Client.
4.In next window you will be able to select Client skin and set options for the Cafe Client like "Accept Credit Cards payments", "Hide Start button and desktop icons", "Disable Task manager" and to "Install Printer Tracker". Any of this option also can be set later from the software.
5.Press on Next button and select Cafe Client default language and Installation path. Default install path is C:\Antamedia\Caffe\.
6.Use Install button to install Internet Cafe Client software.

How to uninstall Internet Cafe software ?
1.Close Internet Cafe software and start Internet Cafe installer.
2.Accept licence agreements and press Next button.
3.Press Uninstall button at the bottom of the window.
4.In the new popup menu with the question "Uninstall Internet Cafe and delete database ?". Choose "Yes".
5.To complete uninstallation of the software please restart the computer.

How to setup fixed IP adresses in Windows ?
To set fixed IP addresses go to Start menu - Control Panel - Network Connection. Then double click on LAN connection and choose Properties. Double click on INTERNET PROTOCOL (TCP/IP), and you will see new window open. Check option "use the following IP address" and set client IP address and subnet mask. Set subnet mask on all computers to 255.255.255.0 and set IP's in logical order. Set for the example IP address of computer number 1 to 192.168.0.11, computer 2 to 192.168.0.12 ... (Use IP addresses at the same range)

How to connect Internet Cafe Clients to Internet Cafe Server ?
Start Internet Cafe Client computer no.1 in Setup mode (with ADMIN password). On System tab check option Fixed IP (in case that you use fixed IP adresses for communication) and in field type IP address of your server. Press Connect button to connect Client to the Server. Repeat this procedure on all Internet Cafe Clients. When all Cafe Clients are connected to Server go to Server - Setup - IP addresses tab, set correct number of client computers you have in Cafe using Number Of Clients option (check option Dynamic IP in case that you use Dynmic IP adresses for communication) and press on Save button.

How to set number of Cafe Clients ?
When you purchase licence and register software, you will be able to see option Number Of Clients. Here you will be able to set exact number of the Clients available in your Cafe panel. Option is located at the server Setup - IP adresse tab.

How to set Auto Logon at system startup ?
In case that you have more than one Windows account on the client computer, it will be required to set option 'Auto logon at system Startup' to avoid identification inquiries "Enter username and password" on every start of the Windows. This option is available at Cafe Client in Setup mode on the System tab.

How to login as Administrator to the Internet Cafe Server software ?
In the Cafe Server software startup login page choose Administrator as username and type Administrator password.
Press Enter key on the keyboard or Login button on the login page.
Please note that default Administrator password is blank.

How to login as Administrator to the Internet Cafe Client software ?
On the Client protection mask type ADMIN in username field, press Enter on the keyboard and you will enter into Client setup mode.
Please note that default Administrator password is blank.

How to set Administrator passwords
Setup of Admistrator password is located at the Cafe Server Setup - Employees tab.
There are two kind of passwords used to access Setup page on Server and Client.
Administrator have his own, unique password which is used to access Cafe Server 'SETUP' page. There's additional password which is used for administration of the Client computers. This way administrator can keep his password for Server administration and (if he wants to) give permissions to the employees to maintain Client options.
To set Administrator Server password type password and press 'Save' button.
To set password used to access Cafe Client Setup first connected all Cafe Clients to Server and then type password and press 'Save' button. New Client password will be sent to each Client.

How to login with the employee account to the Internet Cafe Server software ?
In the Cafe Server software startup login page choose employee acount and type employee password.
Press Enter key on the keyboard or Login button on the login page.

How to create empoloyee account ?
Employees accounts setup is located at Cafe Server Setup - Employees tab.
1.Type name and password of your employee.
2.Press '+' button to store new employee in database.
3.Press 'Save' button.
From this moment your employee can login on Cafe Server. They will have limited privileges: disabled access to SETUP pages of Cafe Server, disabled deletion of bill items (if you have specified this option), restricted Statistics...

How and where to set most often used restricting options for employees ?
Most often used restricting options for employees are available at the Cafe Server Setup - Server - Main Options tab.

1.'Hide POS from employees' will hide Point Of Sale button and restrict access to all POS items from the employees.
2.'Hide Statistics from employees' which will hide Statistic button on main server screen from employees.
3.'Hide System keys option from in computer info panel from the employees'.
4.'Hide Show Desktop button from employees' will hide Show Desktop button on the Employee accounts.
5.'Hide Shutdown computers button from employees' option hide Shutdown client computers button from main server screen from employees.
6.'Hide START/STOP button from employees' will hide START/STOP button from the Cafe panel.
7.'Hide Reservation button from employees' option will hide Reservation button on Cafe Server main control panel for employees.
8.'Hide ADD Time button from employees' will hide ADD Time from employees on Cafe Server main control panel.
9.'Restrict run for all programs except Internet Cafe Server' option that will restrict run for all other programs exept of the Cafe Server.
10.'Employee can close Cafe Server' option which will gives ability to enable/disable Cafe Server closing for employees.

Timecodes restricting options for employees ?
Are available at the Cafe Server Setup - Server - Timecodes tab.

1.'PIN status can change only administrator' will forbide change of PIN status for employees.
2.'Disable changing of new time and rename options for employees' will hide those fields from the employee.
3.'Disable access to Manage Timecode option for employees' will hide Manage Timecode tab from employees.
4.'Disable access to Generate Timecodes option for Employees' will hide Generate timecodes button from employees.
5.'Disable Access To Timecodes panel For Employees' will hide Timecode button from main server screen for employees.
6.'Disable access to Enable unlimited access time option for Employees' will hide it from the employees in the process of generating or editing of timecodes.

Member accounts restricting options for employees
Are available at the Cafe Server Setup - Server - Members tab.

1.'Disable access to 'New Member' for employees' will hide New Member button from employees.
2.'Disable changing of New Time option for employees' will will hide this option from employees in pre-paid mode.
3.'Disable changing of member account type for employees' will disable employee to change account type from pre-paid to play and pay mode.
4.'Disable access to Manage Member options for employees' will hide Manage Member tab for employees.
5.'Disable access To Show password for Members' will hide member passwords.
6.'Disable access to Members panel for employees' will hide Member button from main server screen for employees.
7.'Employee Can Change It' is used to allow to employees to change members discount.

Point Of Sale restricting options for employees
Those options are available at Cafe Server Setup - Point Of Sale - POS Setup tab.

1.'Enable access to stock control for employees' disable employees access to stock control.
2.'Employee can delete items from customer bill' will enable deletion of Bill items by clicking on '-' button on the Bill panel.
3.'Employee can`t delete items from customer bill' will disable deletion of Bill items by clicking on '-' button on the Bill panel.
4.'Hide POS from employees' on from the Setup - Server - Main Options tab will hide Point Of Sale panel from the employees.

How to install SmartCard readers ?
Use of smartcards solution require special registration and smartcard readers/writers which you will obtain from Antamedia.

To install readers download driver and install it while reader is disconnected from the computer. Connect Smart Card reader to your computer and installation should be completed. You shoud see driver in Device Manager.
Enable Smart Card support on client computers and from server in Smart Card page. You can use option 'Hide Login Fields' which will replace login fields for members and timecodes.

How to use Smart Cards ?
Before you sell / rent Smart Card to your customer, it have to be prepared. SmartCard can be used with timecodes and member accounts. To prepare Smart Card select member or timecode in Internet Cafe Server software, put Smart Card in reader on server computer and press 'Smart Card' button. If all steps are performed correctly, you should see message that card is created.

How to add more time to Smart Card ?
Select member or timecode in Internet Cafe Server software and presss on Add Time button.

How to setup the currency ?
Option to set the 'Currency' used in Your country is located in the Internet Cafe Server software - Setup - Prices - Play and Pay page.

How to calculate tax with the price ?
Option to enable and configure taxes is located in the Internet Cafe software - Setup - Prices - Taxes page.
You can setup 3 different taxes with desired name (VAT, GST...) and percent with 3 decimals.
For more complex tax systems you can choose tax on tax options.

How can I customize printer receipt ?
All receipt customization options are located in the Internet Cafe software - Setup - Point Of Sale - Receipt page.
On this page You can change: title, receipt header and footer text, change the logo, and determine if you want printed time and date when account is sold.

How can I select which printer to use for printing of the receipts ?
In the case You have more that one printer in the network please select which printer You want to use for printing of the receipts.
Please select the printer in "Choose receipt printer" combobox located in the Internet Cafe software - Setup - Point Of Sale - Receipt page.

How can I allow printing on POS receipt printers ?
Set option "POS printer compatibility mode" located in the Internet Cafe software - Setup - Point Of Sale - Receipt page.
On the same page select Your POS printer in the "Choose receipt printer" combobox.

How to setup Credit Crads processing ?
For use of Credit card processing option is required to have special registration. On the Cafe Server Setup - Prices - Credit Cards tab you will need to enable credit card processing and to select your payment gateway in the combobox. You'll need to obtain valid API username, API password and certificate file. Then to press on save and Update Clients button.

Which credit card payment gateway are supported by Internet Cafe software ?

How to setup 'PayPal web site payments pro' payment gateway ?
Website Payments Pro payment is completed from our software and there is no need to transfer customer to PayPal site.
Processing is faster but this option requires PayPal account with Payments Pro option enabled which is usually charged monthly by PayPal.

In the Internet cafe Server software - Setup - Prices - Credit Cards page select PayPal as payment processing gateway.
Please type Paypal API username, API password and API Certificate (PEM) path on hard drive.

Please note that PayPal account with website payments pro option enabled can be used only in USA.

How to obtain correct PayPal certificate file ?
1. Login to merchant account
2. Click on Profile
3. Under Account Information, click on API Access
4. Click on Request API Credentials
5. Select API SSL client-side certificate
6. Select option "I agree to the API Certificate Terms of Use", click on Submit
7. You will get API Username and API Password. Type it in Internet Cafe Server software
8. On the same page, please click on Download Certificate button
9. Save it in the same folder where software is installed. Make sure that correct path and name is written in certificate path.

How to setup Moneris e-Select Plus payment gateway
In the Internet Cafe software - Setup - Credit Cards - Gateway page select Moneris e-Select from the dropdown menu.
Place your generated id's noted from moneris in the provided fields.
Merchant login = DirectPost ID (ps_store_id): and Merchant Password = DirectPost Key (hpp_key):

How to obtain required merchant account details from Moneris e-Select Plus payment gateway
Log into your Moneris e-Select plus account. Click on Admin. Click on DirectPost Config. Generate a New Configuration.

How to setup Optimal payment gateway
In the Internet Cafe software - Setup - Credit Cards - Gateway page select Optimal Payments gateway from the dropdown menu.
Set Mearchant login and password. Check add special fields and type account Merchant Account Number provided by Optimal Payments gateway

What is PrinterTracker ?
PrinterTracker application continuously tracks printer spooler on every computer in your cafe where you have installed this software. It helps you track what and when is printed in your cafe.
If your customer prints a page it will be added on their bill.

How to install PrinterTracker ?
Option is available in installation process of the Internet Cafe Client.
In case that you didn`t install it on the computer then, you can do it later with double click on the PrinterTracker.exe at the C:\Antamedia\Caffe folder of your client computer.

How to setup Printer Tracker ?
Start Cafe Client in Setup mode and in System page press on Setup PrinterTracker button.

In order to get correct amount of printed pages, go to Printers folder on your computer, right click on printer, choose Properties, select Advanced and set these parameters: Start printing after last page is spooled (very important) and as 'Print Processor" select EMF (any, or try changing in case of incorrect results).
After starting PrinterTracker, your printers should be recognised and listed on screen. Click on each of them and specify price per printed page and choose if printer is tracked or not. Confirm your settings by pressing 'Save' button. If Server IP address is not correct, type new IP address.

If your printers aren`t recognised in PrinterTracker ?
If your printers aren`t recognized on printer tracker, delete all printers from printer folder on ALL your computers.

1.Go to the computer where printer is connected (for each printer).
2.Click on 'Add a printer' option in 'Printers and Faxes folder'.
3.Choose 'Local printer attached to this computer'. Use following port : 'USB001 (virtual printer port for USB).
4.'Choose driver (from list of windows drives). Keep existing driver.
5.Confirmed printer name and set as default. Set share name (if you want it to be available on other computers).
6.Click on few more next buttons and finish.

If you have specified share name, in printer folder on other computers should appear printer which is automatically added with name 'Auto NAME OF PRINTER on COMPUTER'.
This printer should be recognised in PrinterTracker and you should be able to print to it and to track printed pages correctly.

Tracking doesn't depend on Internet Cafe Client software. You can track printing even on clients where Client is not installed. All pricing setup is done directly in PrinterTracker. This way you can specify different printing rates for different printers (or black and white and color printing).

How to set PrinterTracker Options ?
To run tracking software on each restart of your computer is recommended to use option 'Enable PrinterTracker autostart'.
To enable usage of Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P shortuct keys to show PrinterTracker on screen check option 'Enable Show/Hide hotkeys'.
To start PrinterTracker hidden by default so that customers are not bothered with additional windows on screen use option 'Start PrinterTracker hidden'.
Option 'Password'is used to protect your settings for printers and prices per printed pages. Password is different from the one used for Client and Server setup.

How to set Pre-Paid pricing ?
Go to the Server Setup - Prices - Pre-Paid tab and select time block. Then enter pre-paid price for each available program group. Press '+' to add time slot, '-' to delete timeslot from the table. Press on Save button.

How to set Play & Pay pricing ?
In Internet Cafe Software is possible to set up to five different price groups using four price methods (Basic, Block, Bulk and Sheduled pricing). Price group option gives you ability to use different price methods on client computers. Setup is available from the Server setup - Prices - Play and Pay page.

How to setup Basic Pricing ?
Setup is available from the Server setup - Prices - Play and Pay page.

Be sure that you have select right Pricing group number. Check option Basic Pricing.
Then set 'Price per hour' - the price which you will charge for one hour of your services (Office programs, Internet or Game play). If you have the same pricing, set this values to the same amount.

Additional options for this pricing plan is 'Minimum price' which determines what the lowest charge can be and 'Start price' - ammount which is immediately added to customer bill when the session starts. Total sum is calculated as 'Start price' + 'Price/h'. If you don't want to charge it, leave '0.00' in those fields.

When the setup is done, press 'Save' button and clients will automatically update when connected.

How to setup Block Pricing ?
Setup is available from the Server setup - Prices - Play and Pay page.

Be sure that you have select right Pricing group number. Check option Block pricing.
Set time interval for block in 'Block Time' field. Then set 'Price per block' - the price which you will charge for one block of your services (Office programs, Internet or Game play). If you have the same pricing, set this values to the same amount.

Additional options for this pricing plan is 'Minimum price' which determines what the lowest charge can be and 'Start price' - ammount which is immediately added to customer bill when the session starts. Total sum is calculated as 'Start price' + 'Price/block'. If you don't want to charge it, leave '0.00' in this field. Option 'Allow Up To ... Minutes' set how many minutes of new block you want to allow without charge.

When the setup is done, press 'Save' button and clients will automatically update when connected.

How to setup Bulk Pricing ?
Setup is available from the Server setup - Prices - Play and Pay page.

Be sure that you have select right Pricing group number. Check option Bulk Pricing and then press on Setup button.
Bulk Pricing method gives you ability to set several blocks with different time intervals and price.
Use option 'Charge Per Block' if you want to charge per block as block pricing, or uncheck this option to charge per minute as basic pricing.
This pricing type also have possibility to set 'Minimum price' - the lowest charge that can be for session. To test your price method press on 'Test' tab.

When the setup is done, press 'Save' button and clients will automatically update when connected.

How to setup Sheduled Pricing
Setup is available from the Server setup - Prices - Play and Pay page.

Be sure that you have select right Pricing group number. Check option Sheduled Pricing and then press on Setup button.

There are 5 pricing groups which can be applied for different computers or consoles. Each Group has different prices during the day. Unmodified fields have default default prices specified in Setup page.
To Create new time slot, select fields by holding mouse button and press Space key, or right click on right mouse button. New time slot will be created with separate price per hour for Internet, Games and Office usage. To delete time slot, select and press Delete key. To move it, press on left blue vertical line and move on desired location. To test your price method press on 'Test' tab.

When the setup is done, press 'Save' button and clients will automatically update when connected.

How to modify available discounts ?
Internet Cafe Server Point Of Sale have available discounts on the Bill. Go to Server Setup - Prices - Discount tab to specify discount names and percents. Add new discount type by pressing '+' button and and Save when finished. Use '-' to delete discount type.

How to set number of Point Of Sale pages ?
Point of sale panel by default have 5 visible tabs with Items. From the Server Setup - Point Of Sale - POS Setup tab you can select number of visible pages and names which will be used on any of them. Press on Save button to save changes.

How to setup items in Point Of Sale ?
Find Drink, Service or Hardware page in Point Of Sale and make right click on item.

In new popup menu choose 'Edit'.
Here you can set name of the product (or service), change item picture, set price per unit, Tax, count on stock or warn you if drop below option.
To keep changes press on Save button.

For this purpose you can also use quick setup which is available from the Server Setup - Point Of Sale - Items Setup page.

How to sell drink and hardware or charge services ?
Press on the Point Of sale panel on the Cafe Server and choose what you wish to sell in the lists.

Use '+' to add more items and '-' to delete number of the items from the bill.
Use '+?' button to choose the amount of the items you wish to sell and 'X' to delete item from a list.
Determine whether you want to print a receipt ('PRINT' button), to give discount for this bill or to add a comment for this bill.
To charge a bill press 'Charge' button.

How to charge customer bill ?
When your customer finish the session, you can charge the bill.

Bill panel shows items sum, VAT costs (if you have specified), discount and total price that your customer will pay.
You have access to the costumer Bill from a right click menu on the Client at the Cafe panel.

Use 'Charge' button to charge the bill after session end.

How to setup Wake up computer ?
In case that your network crad support Wake on lan you can use it without a problem from the Cafe software.

Be sure that WOL function is enabled in your BIOS Setup.
Then go to the Cafe Server Setup - IP adresses page and make right click on the Cafe Client IP adress and select "Add MAC Adress". After that you will be able to use Wake Up your computers from the Cafe panel by selecting Cafe client with the right click menu in option Computer.

How to make Reservation ?
From cafe Server go to Reservations panel.
In Reservation tab press on "Add" button. In new pop-up window select is it Pre-Paid or Member reservation, set date, start and end time, session duration and computer which will be reserved.

It`s possible to add comment if it is needed and to place reservation for a smoker or non-smoker area.
Notice: You must to enable use of Reservations from the Cafe Server Reservations - Setup tab first.

How to modify Reservation ?
From Cafe Server go to Reservations panel.
In Reservation tab select reservation which you want to modify and press on "Modify" button.
Press "Modify" button to save changes.

How to start session in 'play and pay' mode ?
Go to the Server Cafe panel and double click onthe client icon.
Choose what kind of program groups will be available to costumer by checking the buttons Internet, Games or Office.

By default, all three program types are allowed. In this case the price is based on the highest price (per hour) between these 3 modes.

How to generate and sell timecode ?
Go to Server Timecode panel and press on Generate button.

Type how many timecodes you want to generate in the Number Of Timecodes field.
Choose the amount of time you want to sell and select what kind of programs your customer will use by checking Internet,Office and Games buttons.
Choose if you want to sell the timecodes with option 'Sell Now' or 'On First Use' when costumer use them.
Determine whether you want to print a receipt by checking 'print 3x7 timecodes On paper' option.
Use of option 'Enable Unlimited Access Time' will give unlimited time to this customers.
'Save As New Member Account' will save generated timecodes as Member accounts.
Press 'Generate' and 'Save' button and timecodes will be stored in a database.

To sell Unsold timecode choose the timecode from the list and press 'Sell code' button.

How to add more time to an existing timecode ?
Go to the Timecode panel and choose the timecode from the list that you wish to add time to.
Choose the amount of time you want to add in the 'Time' field and press 'Add Time' button.

Managing Timecodes options
Go to the Timecode panel and choose the timecode from the list.

In the Manage Timecode tab you will be able to set new expiration date, new time, change timecode name, give unlimited access time, limite usage time only from/to, allow access to some or all porgram groups and even delete the Timecode.
Any change on Manage Timecode page require to press 'Save' button.

How to create Member account ?
Go to Server Member panel and press on New Member button.

Type member username and password, other fields are optional.
Choose type of the account (pre-paid time or play and pay) and press on 'Save' button.
If customer use pre-paid time select the amount of time you want in the 'Time' field, and press 'Add Time' button.

If member choose play and pay mode set his price group and press 'Save' button.

Managing Member options
Go to the Member panel and choose the Member account from the list.

In the Manage Member tab you will be able to set new expiration date, new time, reset time, set total time and discount, give unlimited access time, limite usage time only from/to, allow access to some or all porgram groups and even delet the Member account.
Any change on Manage Member page require to press 'Save' button.

How to add more time to Timecode or Member account from Client computer ?
Costumer can add time to his pre-paid Timecode or Member account during session using sold Timecode from the Order panel.

In new popup menu press on Add Time button. Type in 'Timecode For Recharging' and press on Add Time button.

How to add more time to Timecode or Member account from Cafe Server ?
At Cafe Server press on "Add time to Timecode or Member account" button and in new window select Memebr account or Timecode to which you want to add time, type client computer on which account is in use and select time and expiration date and would you like to print receipt or not.
Press on Add Time button to complete adding time.

With same procedure you can add time from the right click menu on the Cafe Client Icon in the Cafe panel by choosing Add Time option.

How to change Cafe Client Skin ?
Cafe Client skin with the Taskbar can be changed localy from the Cafe Client in the Setup - Skin page.

To change skin and taskbar look on all Cafe Clients go to the Cafe Server Setup - Client - Skins page and select it in the combobox. From here you can also to install your or edited existing skins.

How to set Banner Adds on the Cafe Clients ?
Note that only classic skin supports banners.

The right side of the Client's control panel is reserved for banner adds which can cycle on specified time interval.
Banner area has classic internet size (468x60 pixels) and banner adds have to be in JPG format.
Banners can be loaded from local (or network) folder or from specified web page.
To load banners from local folder place all your banners in c:/Program Files/Caffe/Banner folder.

How to set Banner Adds from the web page on the Cafe Clients ?
Note that only classic skin supports banners.

Type full URL address of the web page containing banners at the Cafe Server Setup - Client - Banners page and set banner slideshow delay in seconds and press on 'Send to clients' button.
Banners will be downloaded and updated every day with the first start of Cafe Client.
Every banner have it's URL link to the web page that you specify.
It's very important that banner URL links start with ' http:// ' (without the quotes).

How To Show Web Page On The Client Mask ?
Note that only classic skin supports this option.

Cafe Client can show web page on client mask, replacing mask logos.
At Cafe Server Setup - Client - Banners page check 'Show web page' checkbox and type full URL of the web page that will be used as the start page and press on 'Send To Clients' button.
This page will load on every boot of your computer.
Please note that you must limit outbound links on this page (so the customers will not be able to view other pages on internet).

How to set Bandwidth Tracking ?
On the main Server panel go to Network traffic Monitoring and enable this option.
In this moment clients transfer tracking will be tracked. Additional options can be specified in Server - Setup - Options - Bandwidth.

How to create your langauge translation ?
Language editor is integrated in Cafe Server. You can make a translation very easy.

Start Cafe Server and go to the Cafe Server Setup - Language tab.
Select your Character Set in the combobox and then Choose sentence (word) in the list and it will appear in Edit field below.
Type translation in Edit field and press Enter key and new line will be stored in memory.
When you finish with translating lines to your language press 'Save language as' button.

How to show logo on the Cafe Client protection mask ?
Note that Logo is visible only with classic skin.

If you want to show logo on some other skin, you need to modify flash login page and create your skin.
To change logo on Classic Skin go to Cafe Server Setup - Client - Logo page and select your own logo on HDD.
Logo should be in *.jpg, *.bmp or *.gif with size 600x250 pixels.

How to change langauge ?
Only classic skin supports multi language.
Cafe software have many languages that customer can choose when starting the session. Each language is represented in combobox on the client mask.
To change language press combobox on client protection mask and choose language.

If you have made your translation, it can be used on clients. Copy this translation from server 'c:\antamedia\caffe\language\your-translation.adb' to all clients and set it as default.
Start Cafe Client in Setup mode and on the Skin tab you will be able to set default language.
Note that client setup panel is displayed in this language.
Be sure that you use supported Character Set for the language.
To hide language combobox from Cafe Client protection mask use option 'Hide Language Options'.

How to send statistical reports to e-mail ?
Statistical HTML Reports can be sent to specified E-Mail on demand by pressing the button on the main server's screen.
In order to send reports you must to set SMTP server used to send email (If you're not sure which one is, check out settings in your e-mail Client program). Set Username (first part of your mail address - before @ sign) and password.
Type Email where the report should be sent. Set when you want to send report and press on 'Save' button.

How to access remotly to the Cafe Server ?
Internet Cafe Server has built-in WEB SERVER.

It is used to track cafe management from any (internet connected) computer in the world.
To check current state of your cafe and get instant report. Run your browser and type Cafe Server public IP adress (it's something like: 212.32.43.345) and Login page will be loaded asking you for password.
Type Administrator password and press 'Login' button.
This way you can see usage statistics by Timecodes and Play & Pay, which drinks, hardware or services are charged, and what is currently on the customer bills.

How to connect your Internet Cafe Servers ?
Network option is used to connect cafes and share Timecode and Member accounts.

You must to enter other server public IP adress and Name.
To login with Timecode or Member account generated in different cafe, type timecode or member username followed by @cafename.
For example, type test@1 as username (1 represents name of first cafe) and type password. We recommend keeping cafe names short to make login easier.

How to order Point Of Sale itemes from the client computers ?
Customers are able to order Point Of Sale items directly from client computer by click on Order button on the Cafe Client Panel.
When they press on Order button in new popup menu they will get items from the Point Of Sale.
Costumer need to select Items that he want and to press on Order button.
Employee need to confirm order from server. After confirmation, item is automatically added to customers bill.
Remove button is used delete item from order list.

How to send messages from the Cafe Server to Clients ?
Sending message to a specified user or all of them in the cafe is simple.

Press on the Message button on the Cafe Server main panel, type a message in the edit field, choose a user you want to send message to and press on Send button.

How to send messages from the Cafe clients ?
Chat option allows customer to send a message to the employee or friend.
Press on Order button at the Cafe Client panel and in new popup menu choose Chat.
Costumer need to choose does he want to send a message to operator or some client, to type message in bottom field and to press on Send button.

How to setup Cash Drawer ?
To setup your cash drwaer in the Cafe Server go to the Server Setup - Point Of Sale - Cash Drawer tab and set 'COM Port' where is connected.

You will be able to use option 'Use Printer LPT Port Instead Of Serial COM Port' in case that you use with W9x. Then set CHR decimal value which is used to open Cash drawer.
There is available decimal values for some of the cash drawers. First check, maybe you have one of this cash drawers.
Test it and Save configuration. If those values aren`t working enter values which you get from the manufacturer.

How to set batch files ?
If you want to run some application or batch files when session starts on ends, go to Cafe Server Setup - Client - Batch Files page and choose batch files and select conditions when it's executed. Batch file will be transferred from server to all clients.

How to costumize Info page ?
Customize welcome message on client info page.
Message is in HTML code format and you can costumize it from the Cafe Server Setup - Client Info Page tab.
When you finish press on 'Update clients' button.

How to hide Windows Start button on Cafe Clients ?
In case that you didn`t select option to hide Windows Start button and desktop icons during installation process of the cafe Clients you can do it from the Cafe Client in Setum mode at the System page.

How to add more programs to Internet Cafe Clients ?
To make more programs available for costumers go to the Cafe Server Setup - Clients - Shortucts tab.

Put shortcuts in particular folders and these programs will be available for use.
Default folders where the shortcuts should be placed are: c:\program files\Cafe\internet; c:\program files\Cafe\office; c:\program files\Cafe\media; c:\program files\Cafe\games folder.

You can define other shortcut location. Just choose program category, set shortcut location on your hard disc and use Update Clients option.

How Member can change password from the Cafe Client ?
Member can change password itself directly on client computer during session.
It`s available from the Order panel. In new popup menu choose Password.
Enter required informations in the fields 'Current Password','Set New Password' and 'Confirm New Password'and press on Save button.

How to see all Account actions (login, logout etc...) ?
Action Log database option is located in the Cafe Server software Statistics - Action Log page.
Action Log database can be filtered per time period (today, yesterday, this week etc.), type of the action (start, stop, login, logout, new account etc.), Employee, computer or action.

How to see all charged bills ?
List of all charged bills is available in the Cafe Server Statistics - Reports page.

Bill database can be filtered by the date, time period, person by the server at the moment of charge to administrator or employee, by the type of the bill and to discount and payment type.

How to export bill database and analyze in some external program ?
Option to export bill database is located in the Cafe Server Statistics - Reports page.
Bill database can be exported in *.csv, *.txt, *.pdf or *.html format

How to archive the database ?
Option to 'Archive database' is located in the Internet Cafe software Setup - Database - Main page.

Press Archive Database and choose location on the hard disk where to save the database.
Archived database will be saved in the *.zip format. By default database is stored in c:\Antamedia\Caffe\Database folder.

Other way to archive the database is to close the Cafe Server software and copy Database folder to some other location.

How to restore old database ?
By default database is stored in c:\Antamedia\Caffe\Database folder.

Close Internet Cafe Server software and copy archived database files in the database folder. If database is archived in *.zip format, first extract the database and then copy database files in c:\Antamedia\Caffe\Database folder.

How to set Steam games V2 and Internet Cafe Software ?
Here are the settings required for correct running of Steam in combination with our software:
